The thought, the idea, the concept is a collaboration between the customer and the designer. Outdoor living is not only about design but is also about function, comfort and entertainment. The flow of the space is equally important. Kentucky Heritage begins by taking collaborative ideas and creating a realistic 3D computer image. These images allow the customer to see the different materials available as well as the layout of the project.
With the design complete, the construction phase begins. Kentucky Heritage offers two distinct framing materials: galvanized metal studs for a more custom design, and a welded aluminum frame for modular and custom modular units. Framing is then covered with 1/4 cement board and faced with a choice of stone veneers or stucco textures. Each design is enhanced with custom countertops. From granite to tile, the options are only limited by your imagination.
